HOLY NAME OF JESUS MEMORIAL/FOUNDATION FUND
An appropriate way of expressing love and respect in memory of a deceased relative or friend, or of presenting a gift for any special occasion in the life of a relative or friend, is to make a financial contribution to a good work.
The Holy Name Memorial/Foundation Fund was developed in order to provide members and friends of Holy Name Church to take part in providing various items of worship, as well as the upkeep of our buildings and grounds in general. Memorials are given for many reasons. Some are given “in memory of” a family member or friend who died, some are given “in honor of” a special person on a special occasion, and some are given because of a determined need.
If you wish to offer a gift to the Holy Name Memorial/Foundation Fund, you may send a check payable to Holy Name Church, on the memo line, please write HN Memorial Fund - _________________(the name of the relative or friend) and send it to: 1555 39th Ave. San Francisco, CA 94122.
Usually, a notification card will be sent to the family of the relative or friend you are honoring. If you would like this done, kindly provide their name and address.
HOLY NAME SCHOOL ENDOWMENT FUND
An appropriate way of expressing love and respect in memory of a deceased relative or friend, or of presenting a gift for any special occasion in the life of a relative or friend, is to make a financial contribution to a good work.
You might consider offering such a gift to a special fund that has been established for endowing Holy Name School in its work of providing an education for grade school children.
